Hestia Tan is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of cross-industry leadership experience spanning logistics, agriculture, automotive, wellness, and technology sectors. She has progressed from operational roles to senior leadership positions across both SME and multinational corporate environments, giving her a practical and well-rounded understanding of how organizations are structured, managed, and scaled.

She brings a holistic advisory perspective across corporate governance, business development, human resources management, risk and compliance management, and people capability development. Her work focuses on helping organizations strengthen their internal systems, align leadership and workforce capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of planning, execution, and decision-making within a structured and scalable operating environment.
